HERE'S WHY YOU SHOULD REMOVE DAIRY FROM YOUR DIET


Dairy is an unhealthy and addictive food group. Dairy feeds all sorts of pathogens in the body, clogs the liver, causes mucus to form internally, burdens the pancreas, causing digestive issues, so-called autoimmune diseases, and contributing to the development of cancers.


Cheese contains casein, which triggers the same part of the brain as hard drugs like crack, cocaine, heroin, and morphine.


If you are suffering from ANY sort of chronic illness, it is best to go dairy free. It's not as daunting as you think. I quit dairy about 2 years ago and after a few weeks I stopped desiring it all together; now I am literally repulsed by it.


Here are some healthy vegan substitutes for dairy milk: hemp milk, cashew milk, almond milk.


There isn't really a good healthy substitute for cheese, but you can find many vegan recipes out there which combine multiple ingredients to mimic the texture of cheeses.


Substitute dairy yogurt with coconut milk yogurt.
