Have You Tried Oil Pulling?

Oil pulling is an ancient Ayurvedic practice that has benefits for the whole body! Have you tried it?

Simply swish about a tablespoon of coconut, sesame, sunflower, or olive oil (I recommend coconut) around in your mouth for 15-20 minutes, spit in the garbage, then brush your teeth (the reason being is that you just pulled a whole bunch of bacteria out of your mouth so you don't want to swallow it).

Oil pulling is best done first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. It heals your gums, heals tooth decay, cavities, whitens your teeth, and prevents bad breath. It also detoxes the entire body.

For best results, make it a part of your morning routine!
